I received my order dispatch email advising me my book has been sent but I have not received my book yet.
If you selected your book to be sent via Express Post or Overnight courier the tracking number for the parcel is contained in the confirmation email Momento sent you. You can track this using the following links :

If you selected Standard Post as your delivery method, then unfortunately these are not registered and cannot be tracked. Australia post does advise that the aim for all std post to be delivered in 5 business days but this can take longer.
We would recommend to always check with your local post office and enquire if it has been delivered there. If you were not home when your parcel was delivered the delivery driver will card you and take these to the local post office and sometimes these cards do get misplaced or lost. We also recommend you check with your neighbours and around the property for anywhere that this may have been left by the delivery driver.
