Hardcover Photobooks & Diaries - Standard orders close 13 December

  • Standard orders placed on or before Friday 7 December will be dispatched by 6pm Tuesday 18 December.
  • Standard orders placed after 13 December will not be dispatched in time for Christmas.
  • We cannot offer any guarantee against delays due to the postal service. (See Important Delivery Information below)
  • Normal production and dispatch resumes for orders placed after 13 December. These orders should be dispatched within 14 days however delays may occur due to the high volume of orders as well as public holidays over the Christmas period.

 

Hardcover Photobooks & Diaries - Priority Orders close 15 December

  • Priority orders placed on or before Saturday 15 December will be dispatched by 6pm Thursday 20 December. This service will be unavailable from 15 December 2012 until 2 January 2012.
  • All Priority orders are sent by either eparcel express (where available) or Australian Air Express courier service. Additional charges may apply.

 

Calendars, Spiral Diaries, Notables & Greeting Cards - Orders close 13 December

  • Orders of Calendars, Spiral Diaries, Notables and Greeting Cards placed on or before Thursday 13 December will be dispatched by 6pm Tuesday 18 December.
  • Orders placed after 13 December will not be dispatched in time for Christmas.

  • Orders of Gift Vouchers placed on or before Monday 17 December will be dispatched by 6pm Tuesday 18 December.
  • Orders placed after 17 December will not be dispatched in time for Christmas.

Gift Voucher - PDF delivered by email

  • PDF Gift Vouchers will be delivered to your email address allocated to your Momento account one business day after you place your order.
  • COMING SOON: Ready in time for Christmas, our PDF voucher will be sent to the email address allocated to your Momento account immediately after you place your order... so you can even buy a last minute voucher on Christmas Day!

Important Delivery & Postage Information

Deliveries made to addresses in the eparcel express network should receive their orders the following business day after dispatch, however Momento cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal system after your order has been dispatched. Click here to see the locations covered by the Express Post network. All other locations should allow 3-5 business days from dispatch to receive the order.
