Christmas Special FAQ'sAre the codes case-sensitive? No, the codes aren't case-sensitive. So xmasdeskcal will work just as well as XMASDESKCAL.
I forgot to add my code when I was placing my order, can you help? Contact us and we'll work out what the discount was and add it to your membership profile as a credit you can use with your next order. Unfortunately we can't refund any discounts if you've already paid for your order.
I am having trouble using my discount code. What do I do? Contact us before you proceed to payment and we will assist you. Please do not proceed with finalising payment as we are unable to refund this amount.
Can I use the discount code at Momento Shop? The discount code does not apply for shop purchases as this is a special offer for printing your own designs.
I placed an order within the last few days - is there anything you can do for me? Contact us and we'll work out what the discount was and add it to your membership profile as a credit you can use with your next order. Unfortunately we can't refund any discounts if you've already paid for your order.
