    to redeem discount.

  • Offer valid for orders in the Momento Photobook range.

  • Volume discounts do not apply.

  • Does not apply to delivery or postage costs.

  • Limit of one code redemption per user.

  • Code can not be used for Momento Shop purchases (www.momentoshop.com.au).

  • Cannot be combined with other promotional vouchers or codes including gift vouchers, redeemed for cash or used retrospectively.

  • Not available to Momento Pro or International users.

What code do I need to use to get the extra discount?

newyear2012

 

Is the code case-sensitive?

The code isn't case-sensitive so newyear2012 works just as well as NEWYEAR2012
 

I forgot to add my code when I was placing my order, can you help?

Contact us and we'll work out what the discount was and add it to your membership profile as a credit you can use with your next order. Unfortunately we can't refund any discounts if you've already paid for your order.

 

I am having trouble using my discount code. What do I do?

Contact us before you proceed to payment and we will assist you. Please do not proceed with finalising payment as we are unable to refund this amount.

 

Can I use the discount code at Momento Shop?

The discount code does not apply for shop purchases as this is a special offer for printing your own designs.

 

How long does the special offer run?

The extra discount is available from 11 January 2012 until midnight 31 January 2012

 

I can't complete my designs and order before 31 January 2012 - can you help?

Unfortunately we don't think we'll be able to extend this special offer beyond 31 January however check our website just in case.

 

I placed an order within the last few days - is there anything you can do for me?

Are there any other Terms and Conditions I should be aware of?
