Christmas Order Information
Momento endeavours to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible however due to the high volumes of orders during the festive season please note the following information about Christmas orders.
ALL CHRISTMAS ORDERS ARE NOW CLOSED.
Check the status of your order online!
Simply log into your Momento user profile at www.momento.com.au, click on 'Your Orders' to see the date your order is due to be dispatched. You will receive an email to let you know your order from Momento has been dispatched from our production facility.
Momento Customer Service Centre
Our professional friendly team is only too happy to assist you should you need it. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, NSW time.
The service centre will be operate restricted hours over the Christmas & New Year period.
December 25 to 28 - Closed
December 29-31 - Open from 10am to 4pm
January 1 to 3 - Closed
January 4 - Resume normal business hours (see above)

Hardbound Photobooks & Diaries
Standard Production orders are now CLOSED. If your order was placed on or before Monday 8 December 2009 it will be dispatched by 6pm Monday 21 December 2009.
Orders placed after 8 December will not be dispatched in time for Christmas.
* Although we recommend you order by 8 December to receive your order in time for Christmas, Momento cannot guarantee timely postal delivery. (See Important Delivery Information below)
Standard production & dispatch timeframes (up to 21 days) will resume for orders placed after 8 December 2009, however please note that we do not guarantee pre-Christmas delivery due to high volumes of orders.
Important Delivery Information
Deliveries made to addresses in the Express Post delivery network should receive their orders the following business day after dispatch, however Momento cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal system after your order has been dispatched. Click here to see the locations covered by the Express Post network.
All other locations should allow 3-5 business days from dispatch to receive the order.
Priority Production is now closed.
Priority Production service will be unavailable from 4 December 2009 until 4 January 2010.
Calendars, Spiral Bound Diaries & Greeting Cards
Orders of Calendars, Spiral Bound Diaries and Greeting Cards placed on or before Monday 14 December 2009 will be dispatched by 6pm Monday 21 December 2009.
Orders placed after 14 December will not be dispatched in time for Christmas.
