Christmas Delivery Schedule
Momento endeavours to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible however due to the high volumes of books, diaries and calendars ordered over the festive season please note the following dispatch schedules.

Simply log into your Momento membership at www.momento.com.au, click on 'Your Orders' to see the date your order is due to be dispatched. You will receive an email to let you know your order from Momento has been dispatched from our production facility.
Hardbound Photobook Standard Production is NOW CLOSED
Standard production orders placed up to Sunday 7 December 2008 will be dispatched by Friday 19 December 2008.
Orders placed after 7 December may not be dispatched in time for Christmas, and may take up to 4 weeks to be dispatched. If ordering after 7 December and you require your order for Christmas, you should use our Priority Production service (see below).
Standard production timeframes (21 days) will resume for orders placed after 5 January 2009.
Important Delivery Information
Deliveries made to addresses in the Express Post delivery network should receive their orders the following business day after dispatch, however Momento cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal system after your order has been dispatched. Click here to see the locations covered by the Express Post network.
All other locations should allow 3-5 business days from dispatch to receive the order.
Hardbound Photobook Priority Production is now CLOSED.
Priority Production orders placed before midday on Thursday 11 December 2008 will be dispatched on, or before Friday 19 December 2008. This service will be unavailable from midday 11 December 2008 until 5 January 2009.
All Priority Production orders are sent by either Express Post (where available) or Australian Air Express courier service. Additional charges may apply.
Spiral Bound Diary and Calendar Production is now CLOSED.
Orders of Spiral Bound Diaries and Calendars placed before Sunday 14 December 2008 will be dispatched by Friday 19 December 2008.
Orders placed after 14 December will not be dispatched in time for Christmas, and may take up to 4 weeks to be dispatched.
*Although we recommend you order by 14 December to receive your order in time for Christmas, Momento cannot guarantee timely postal delivery. (See Important Delivery Information above)
