We print and bind every order in 5 to 7 business days. Standard shipping then takes 3 to 7 business days, or 1 to 4 days with express. You'll get a tracking number by email once it's on its way.
I made a mistake in my order. Is it too late to fix?
Orders go straight into our print queue, so call or email us straight away. If your book hasn't been printed yet, we'll fix it for you. If it has, a reprint costs extra.
My project has disappeared.
Sign back into your account and open Projects under your profile. Saved projects are listed there, and Edit takes you back in. Still missing? Get in touch and we'll look for it.
How long do you keep my projects?
Guest projects are kept for 7 days. Projects saved to an account are kept for 45 days, and that resets every time you open and save it.
Do you do reorders?
Yes. Open Projects under your profile, choose Duplicate on the book, then Edit and check out.
I ordered from the old Momento. Do you have my order?
The original Momento closed in 2024. We bought the name and some printing equipment, but not the old business, so we have no access to its accounts, projects, orders or gift cards. Old projects need to be made again in our editor.
