Welcome to Momento Photobook (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Momento Photobook provides an online platform that uses AI technology to help you create personalised travel photobooks. You can upload photos, customise layouts, and place orders for printed books.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use our services.

3. User Content

  • You retain ownership of all photos, text, and content you upload (“User Content”).

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your photobook.

  • You confirm you have the rights or permission to use all content you upload.

4. Order Process & Payment

  • All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

  • Orders are considered final once submitted; please review your design carefully before checkout.

5. Personalised Products

As all products are custom-made, they cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details on defective or incorrect items.

6. Prohibited Content

You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, infringing, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to cancel any order that breaches this policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, templates, AI tools, and designs provided by Momento Photobook remain our property and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, except as required by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for your order.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
